This game is way better than afk and its a completely f2p. Summon rate r great its easy to get ssr and its duplicates. Im in day 3 now i already have full fledged pvp team with 2 orange character and one red ssr and 1 ur.

It does some things better than afk arena f2p wise however this game already showed that they gonna milk its players till its dead so don't expect anything exceptional from this game in any regards.

7:40 - Ha - I guess I am not the only one the LOVES the Pantheon feature. I've been playing this game for over 2 months (I think) - and Pantheon is STILL my favourit - always interesting and I love the RNG moment in it and the way you can mix some blessing and relics and heroes comps. It is really impressive for afk-type of game to hook me for soo long - but this game does it and I am just impressed.

Don't worry FG. This game initially soft launched first in my country(Philippines). I saw it in the store and after checking some of the screenshots, I knew it's an AFK Arena clone. I still gave it a try since a few Playstore comments said that the game is good, has a lot of QoL and has better animation and character design. What do you know, now I'm still playing it and part of my side games.

I put down AFK Arena a year ago and never looked back the balance of the game was horrible the amount of pay to win and gear wasn't even close to tolerable. But this? call it a clone or rip off or wtv this game is different in some ways and QOL is huge compared to AFK. I'm glad I found this game through this channel and the heroes being based on mythology is HUGE PLUS for me! thank you Uncle FG.

I played this game on it's first release, and until now the game was fun especially I found some good friends in the game. It's kind of p2w because those people how spend a lot of money will be the one on top on the game, but if you want to find a place to chill this game is totally f2p friendly, I'm actually f2p in this game but still holding top 100 in arena with 2m current power in server 1. It's fun like afk arena and it's pretty good game with good community.

While the synced lvl is great, you need to enhance your units with SR fodders too, also a lot of other systems you need to invest in like weapon, divinity etc. With that said, the lvl thing is still good cos later on there is a PvP mode demands 4 teams.

this game is very fun. I played a lot of these idle gachas and i like them a lot, but t he classic "labyrinth" mode with the carry over health and unlocking relics after fights was always such a annoying drag to do every 2 or 3 days. But in this game i actually look forward to it, the pantheon is so fun

G&M carrying my 2d team, but ngl susanoo is my favourite. his ability to delete backline and snowball the whole fight getting attack speed and healing on every crit is insane if you get him going. been running susanoo, lucifer, hades, nu wa idun/lilith as my main team and it works really well.

@@somakun1806 I admit that it is true stages are too long, but i like they put an effort, both in the enemys, each zone has its own enemies, in the mechs, the changes you actualy see, even in the mech boarding when the girls board the mechs and even nomral girls look cool, i am not going to deny it can get boring, but it doesnt block me from playing a lot, and have mission variety wich compensate. But i admit is still a mobile game wich mean it have several problems, but well. Thanks for the reply

@@miavelvet The QOL is a lot better, Newer and somewhat different systems. The UI is cleaner (imo) as well as the style being better (imo). The art and character (imo) are also better. So pretty much the whole game for me is just a step up even though its a copy.

@@nautillius i didnt see any QoL which afkarena dont have. Maybe the problem people say is that in afk QoL stuff is behind Vip but you still get it a bit later in the game for free so whatever. Being mid game player i didnt find anything worth saying omg look at this qol. Also this game has vip too. Being "New" is just a shiny little thing which will disappear in a week coz the game is exactly the same Sorry if i sound like im attacking or something but i just dont get what is the point in switching from afk to this super risky new game from shady devs which might die in a year or two. There nothing new here. You say characters are better but they look very boring, very overused designs if you ask me and the models are smaller which looks worse coz you cant even see their tiny faces Anyway thats subjective and looks like you just dont like how afk arena characters look (im not a fan too thats the only reason why im looking at new idle games) however there are very few characters in this game, nothing new gameplay wise also they already hard nerfed rewards, lowered drop rates and boosted shop for p2w players etc. This company already made people mad and they quit Recently i gave this game a 1* review coz it even sucked in localization (no my native language while afk has it). BUT i really wish luck to this game. Afk needs competitors to become better PS Sry for a long comment🐸

There's Genshin, Honkai, Punishing Gray Raven, Skull Girls if you're into hack and slash. If it's strategical you're into, there's Arknights, Alchemy Stars, Azure Lane. There's a few good mobile games out there. It depends entirely on your tastes. Though I do agree that they're not as good as PC/Console games, they're still good as past-time games when you're on the go.

14:25 - to be fair - I noticed after you vid that I am on severv 1 - so I played a lot - and in the beginning the drop rate was pretty insane - I got Lu (or as you call it - bootleg Gilgamesh) like after the 3-rd 10 summons and was pretty astounded. 1 month later (around the middle-end of October) they nerfed the fuck out of the drop rate and whoever played the early weeks of the game can testify that - if at the beginning there was 10 % chance to get SSR and like 5 % to get UR - not it 1 % and 0,5 % for that repectively. I guess they found out how many people got ur and ssr heroes and advanced pretty fast pretty far, so decided to drop the ULTRA hammer on many feature so that is will be slower to advance hereos.

If you only consider the general UI and the combat then it's like AFK, but if you go deeper then it's different enough. More customization for one hero, bosses in campaign and faction towers, hades hell (MH name for normal tower) has battlefield effects that can get really hard later on which makes it different from the normal battles, multi battles at chap 8 which is a different game mode and not forced onto the campaign progress, etc. I would say it's similar on the surface only. Also, I'm at the end of chap 36 for AFK if you're not sure how familiar I am with AFK.

Played the game for a month and half (via APK) i mean during the first 3 weeks is fun and all, after that its boring nothing to do even with Halloween event its boring plus the devs nerfed all units to make the game harder so people spend more money on packs to upgrade the units, unnistalled it 3 days ago, also IGG doesnt help either those guys are greedy asf.

i feel like alchemy star is one of those games that's fun at first but gets stale after a while. i enjoyed it for a month then i noticed the scarcity of premium currency and how the stages just felt the same and dropped it.Mh meanwhile i can see myself sticking to. it's just a lot more chill and doesn't require auto repeat which is what i hate in gachas.
