I'm biased, but I think it's worth mentioning Nero has insane survivability too. Massive heals on two skills (working exceptionally with that one Heal-multiplying command code) and triple Guts for 5 (!) turns -- she can be a lifesaver. Though I'll admit she really starts to shine at higher NP levels, when you can comfortably use her as single target.

For me I'd put salter and astraea in a tier of their own. The issue with salter is that you either need more copies of her or you need to hit really high bond levels to get her 2nd append for farming

Pick your favourite wifu/husbando, if not I’d recommend a limited four star. The rest can spook you so it depends on needs too. If you have a specific weakness in BAQ ST/AOE maybe fill it in.

The problem that Artoria Alter has is that she kinda NEEDS her 2nd append but if you are using her at np1 that requires bond 10 to let her farm. Coin system sucks but that is how it goes.

Kiritsugu was almost certainly designed to be paired with Angra Manyu and/or other Emiya servants given how many of them have dodge or invulnerability skills and how Angra's np works. Other servants like Ann and Mary, and Bazett will also work well with his scapegoat skill.

It's entirely possible for a general pool servant to haunt your rolls to the point of _NP24_ (CasGil), whereas Story Locks require clearing the story to that point AND rolling Story, so are relatively leaner on the ground. Saber Alter: Gets an upgrade in July 2025 that improves her loopability immensely. Futureproofing, but mid until then. There's also the FSN ticket for OG Saber to consider. Nero: Very much outclassed. Waifu pick Gawain: Original Gorilla. Might be someone's husbando. Yagyu Munenori: Sitting Master EX. Saber Hokusai exists, and is part of the third Evocation Festival. Barghest: Gorilla the Second. Durable, potential solo unit. Makes my shortlist. Tristan: Exists... Quick is very much off meta, and he doesn't stand out. Emiya Alter: Strong, but held back by his '3 times' buffs. Asvatthaman: Gimmicky. Baobhan Sith: Tristan, but better. Not terrible, but Quick's still off meta. Pronounced Ba'Van See (anglicised as Banshee). Lalter: Mid. Competing with Melusine. Li Shuwen: Niche pick. Technically also competing with Melusine. Caenis: Also also competing with Melusine Medea Lily: Healing's an outdated form of support. Edison: Niche support, outclassed by meta picks. Queen of Sheba: Partywide support, but unfortunately low base stats, means her damage lacking. Katou Danzo: Forgettable. Targetable Evade/Invul is nice, but not stand out. Yu Mei-ren: Unfortunately low damage, potential to remove own buffs. Gorgon: Strong, for a four star, but almost never best in slot. -- Special mentions: Percival: Fairly reliable as a looper Nitocris: 100% battery, relatively reliable instakill for trash mobs. Damage could be better. Astraea: Very strong ST Ruler Hephaestion: 100% battery, rare class.

Liz is a great support: 40% atk for females, aoe Buff removal + 20% Def and 100% skill seal. Put a taunt on her or use plugsuit and she is insane in specific cqs.

Robomom has a targetable evade and a targetable invincible. Full 1T on both. If you like the character, you can definitively find a use for her in battle. I did many of the CQ's in Tesla fest with her.

In these tickets giveaway, I usually follow three rules : 1. Always choose a new servant 2. If possible, avoid perma units 3. Waifu > Meta But this time, it isn't enough! My target changed so many times during the last months! At first, I went for Sith, since she was the only LB6 SR I didn't have but I got her during her banner with Lolinci in december. Then, it was between Gorgon and Yu but during JP New Years, I learned that it was Salter's first rate-up in the next two years so I switch to Salter. But then, I was like, let's see which servant has the least amount of banners in the next two years and guess what, there's a servant that has 0 rate-ups (unless I'm wrong) in the next two years and it's Li Shuwen... So yeah, I went from a short-stacked vampire to a battlecrazy redhead...

In defence of Kiritsugu, I think he's a solid choise against enemies witch you don't want to fire teir NP by any means, he prety much saved me from the Case Files main story final boss. His dmg is decent and his NP have a lot of hits but the Arts buff being a single turn is a big turn off, I think he's one good buff away from being a solid boss killer just like ZTL thinks Edison is one buff away from being a solid support.

Thinking about to take Diamund saber or Assasin of Paraisu. I have allready most of the higher ones. Some on them are even NP 3 to 5 (ok, Astraea is NP 4, but i use her rarely). paraisu is the assasin, who did the best jobs from the ones i have. Her biggest problem would only be, that i have her only np2. And there is no banner, that is showing up in the next years (ok, she can come randomly). Diamund to the othert hand, would only be for favor. I havbe allready Np5 S-Lancelot (actually, Np9 or 10 would it be^^). Who make a very good job with his crits and support from Toria. But Diamund is at last a not from the round table. Who fgeels like main stream servants. And would fit, because Fion is my main lancer (i wait for his banner at the end of the year, to make him from np 3 to 5). The downside of Diamund would be, that i have him only NP1. And this would only make him NP2.

Qin Liangyu was one of my first 4 stars so I got a lot of use from her early game and recently with challenge quests. My verdict is this. If the boss does a lot of crits and you stack Liangyu's np a couple of times then you will are guaranteed to vaporize anything you throw her against. Don't sleep on my panda lancer cause she slays!

Need some help choosing, folks. I'm in a real good spot with Sabers AOE, ST, niche. All covered, but Salter eludes me as a FGO day one player. My pick was gonna be Salter, until I saw Faker was up for grabs. I skipped her debut banner because knowing my luck trying to pull 4 stars, Reines was gonna show up instead. Would like to read some opinions before making a decision.

I have her. Good against knight class, alter ego, and caster (specific to a skill). You are looking at a 5 class damager with a single servant. NP is single target and if you can shoot it off early with a few rounds of combat or El-Mello charging, she can personally raise it up almost to max with her personal skill, letting you fire again within another round or two. She also has Target Focus skill that will increase defense and NP gain, but she absorbs curses from all party members. You are making her a sacrificial lamb and that could diminish her health quickly.

I'm genuinely torn on this, honestly. I'd rather not waste that ticket on someone in the permanent pool, so, among the limited options: - Salter has been hyped because of her upcoming buff, but since she's story locked, it's unlikely I'll ever get her above NP1, so it really hurts her potential (not to mention there's that campaign in early 2026 giving us a free Vanilla Saber). In that sense Nero might be a more reliable option for an AOE Saber, especially since I wouldn't need to wait for a rank-up to use her (though again, temporary until Altria). - I'm vaguely considering Baobhan Sith in order to have some more ST Archers: plus, she's the only LB6 Servant I'm missing. At the same time, same issue as Salter, she's likely to remain at NP1 for a long time. - I'm also looking in the general direction of the Queen of Sheba: ST Casters are something I desperately need more of, and while Circe is technically on a higher tier, Sheba has the rarity factor going for her. Of course, there are also options for additional NP copies. If the ticket also gives coins, getting another Siegfried would let me unlock his append and let me use him to farm after his upgrade next month. And extra NP copies for Astraea (currently NP1) or Barghest (NP2) wouldn't hurt either. This is genuinely a hard choice, I probably won't know what to pick until it's clutch time...

Circe dmg is awful she lacks a steroid, her saving grace is her utility and even then I wouldn't advice to go for her, Sheba has more dmg plus invul pierce and looping pontential her only real con is that she's story locked. Circe for dmg you'll be just dissapointed might as well go for Altalanta, beowulf or any single target berzerker OR better yet get Astrea she'll out dmg any ST caster but Izumo, Astrea already out dmgs Circe without hitting her niche, not only that she'll hit like a truck like any zerk or better plus she'll also take hits like a tank because she's a ruler. Astrea will be your best ST caster and more than that.

Nezha is good lancer tho, i have her np2 and grailed her dmg quite high because her np received interlude and she will receive strengthening in the future. Probably will pick kato danzo because she is underrated af and rare.

I'm struggling between Salter and Hephaestion mostly. Maybe luvia as well. I have a very good array of sabers. Most notably Muramasa. So Salter is by all means a waifu choice, Hephaestion and Luvia would benefit me probably more tho. I have st berserkers so Luvia may be the most relevant, can say what's best. I also don't have Koyan so far so Salter probably takes a while before she will have good uses.

I want to get Nero cuz Nero is umu, I don't solo but I guess I could, also she's good to put on backline to be the last one standing if everything goes wrong. You all made me hesitate a bit with all that Salter praising but with her at NP1 even if we get coins out of the ticket (which some people say we don't) it's kinda hard to unlock her append 2 for farming. Also I have plenty of Buster farmers so I think Nero is a better pick, maybe I could get her on a certain Nero Bride banner we should be getting this year but that one in particular I don't know if will come or not. Even if it comes I'm not guaranteed to get the 4* on rate up so yeah, Nero it is.

Thanks for the video. For me, a lot will depend on what I need. I'm very well covered with good 4 and 5* sabers so that kind of detracts from getting Salter or another Saber that I don't have. Fairly well covered with Zerkers and Lancers as well. Maybe best thing is to get a support servant.

I want Yagyu because he's cool, has a funny interlude and gets along with Tomoe. But I'll grab a copy of Tomoe Archer for servant coins since getting coins for permanent 4 stars is an absolute pain and she doesn't get much rate ups. Already levelled her to 120 and I can unlock one of her appends if I get a single ticket. Then its 8 more copies to reach peak perfection. Also, Zenobia is a really good servant overall thanks to how versatile her kit is. 3 turn arts up and NP gain per turn really helps and she is very well optimized for crits due to how self sufficient she is from her skills and NP (stargen per turn, stars on demand, star gather up and crit damage buff from NP). She's a better summer Jeanne but with only NP damage being lower.

Debating on Parvati for NP3 or NP4 Valks or NP2 Fionn. I already have the majority of the characters in the 4* pool and those guys are the farming units that I am debating between due to already ahving a 5* of some of them, I already have Saber Artoria so I have a guranteed NP2 in a year or 2 and while i would like Chiron or The Old lady in a girl's body as omni supports I am still recovering from the Teslafest upgrading I did for like 5 servants

My og plan was to pick Gorgon but considering how much of a bitch it is to farm her mats and then compare the effort to the prize: an ex-waifu(Medusa) from an awkward class that needs more babysitting than a toddler with scissors. So i decided to take Salter. I don't especially need more Sabers but her damage potential is good and I trust your word in the future-proofing stuff. Lancer alter was another contender along with Ibaraki np2.

I'm weighting servant coin needs versus rarity. For my Siegfried to reach the next tier of dragon slaying I'd need at least ten more copies. Meanwhile, there are several of these servants that I don't have and Salter copies are so very hard to find...
