Interesting Finally a Card-BASED farming that is legit BASED. So as Merlin-Castoria is a Defensive/Immovable Fortress, Ciel-BB is the Offensive/Unstoppable Force.

I would say it is understandable, Chloe improved several existing teams with better numbers and opened a couple of new ones, usually we do not have such drastic changes, but Ciel opened a whole Pandora's box of new possibilities that did not exist before.

I wouldn't say u have to, she certainly makes the game more fun with her card lock skill and is pretty useful as a moon cancer, but you'll hardly ever use her beyond challenge quest support.

Oberon and Castoria will sure help way more. Roll for BB if you like the character, for gameplay she is okay to have but nothing that helpful over some other 50% charge servants.
