Any Art Servant can do it with the right CE and 2 Art crits after their NP. The difference is that Summer Artoria don't need much of a setup or conditions, I have seen her gain 60% of her NP back from her NP alone. After that, a single Art crit, 2 non-crit Arts, or even just a single crit Quick + Extra attack, etc can get her back to 100%, something no other Servant can really do. She has much more options and opportunities to spam her NP, to the point where I don't give her Arts boost CE cuz she don't need it, using Black Grail or Kaleidoscope instead. Especially Kaleidoscope cuz once she gets her first 100% NP, it never stops.

I've seen Chloe do it to a fair degree. Fire her NP and then fire her arts cards loaded with crits, then almost immediately get my NP back. I'm thankful she's wellfare.

It's not unreasonable. Gilfest just happened, so there's bound to be tons of EXP available, especially for players who have no one else to use it on. If anything, getting to 90 is the easy party. It's the people who grail to 100 and have 10/10/10 skills AND NP 5 minutes after banner drops that are to be feared.

The only buff that 1st have over the latter one is from Mystic Code. Meaning only a Art and NP damage buff. The second buff from Mystic Code is just star absorb buff that give no damage to NP. Sitonai's own Art buff last for 3 turn so the 2nd and 3rd both still get the Art buff. Also the 1 "Def down" on 2nd NP and the 2 "Def down" on 3rd NP.

@@dradvrim1 140k is still a fucking absurd amount of damage, my dude, considering that Jalter deals neutral damage to all classes except Zerk, Ruler, and MoonCancer, and even if it's not neutral, that's still a ton of damage. If you really need more damage, bring class advantage Servants/Zerks, and if you haven't yet, level up Jalter's skills, esp her mana burst, as well as Waver's ATK buff and Nightingale's buster buff. Or, if you're a whale or just ridiculously desperate for Jalter, roll on all of her banners to increase her NP level. Farming is a bitch, but that's just how it works.
