Having to conquer your fear and take responsibility is such a strangely relatable thing and this scene of him finally standing up to face someone as strong as constantine is very powerful to me, I love this servant even more now.

I thought I was the only having a weird attachment to Don Quixote. His characterization in this chapter is so compelling. What a nice surprise, totally from left field

Sancho: "Gaslight Gatekeep Girlboss!" Quixote: "SILENCE WENCH! I do not wish to be a coward anymore! I only wish to be a hero."

I appreciate how Constantine XI didn't show any disrespect towards Don Quixote when being challenged. He didn't laugh he didn't hesitate or ask him to repeat. He wasn't in disbelief that a servant who is arguably weaker than himself challenged him to a 1 on 1. He simply accepted the challenge presented knowing very well that Don Quixote put his everything on the line for that fight and didn't hold back.

In the animated fight he also talked how blessed he is to have such formidable opponents

I love how when Sancho says "splendid, nobke, and proud heroes" the first person they show is Mandricardo. Calling him, the guy who thought he was getting fired instead of chocolate on Valentines, a splendid hero. Mandricardo, who felt severely lacking and out of place, was able to manage something on par with the likes of Heracles; he challenged the Machine God Artemis's "Arrow" and stopped it dead in it's tracks. If he can manage that, why can't Quixote stand against one _man?_ It's a subtle, but it's still pretty meaningful.

So it's true. They did flee Atlantis. Also, I find Sancho's rationalizing away her guilt for inaction to be very real indeed.

My gah… The moment Don Quixote announced his name and challenge to a duel, I immediately have goosebumps. Truly the moment that show why his story were famous. Thank you for the translation 😆

Face reality and stand firm for the sake of his pride and loved ones, now no one can deny that the so-called delusional knight is a true knight. Seriously, don Quixote's arc has been the best, If I had to summon a Lancer it would be this gentleman, he really got me.👍

Sancho as an amalgamation of the other characters makes more sense now. She saw Don go through all his troubles and delusions. One person's feelings may not have been enough to want to save him from Atlantis, but since she is three (horse, princess, maid?) she would have more reason to try. And Constantine is a good guy, accepting the duel and taking it seriously.

Here it is, the most awesome scene in LB6.5. The moment when a man truly liven up to his fantasy.

I don't blame Don Quixote or the other Servants fleeing from Atlantis. This time however; Don Quixote has proven himself to be a true knight and took responsibility, now that is indeed virtuous.

Well now it makes some sense how there could be a hero to flee from LB5. I'm sure everyone that read it was puzzled: aside Scheherezade there isn't a single Servant in the entire FGO roster you'd imagine would flee, and even Schez it's arguable as her role in Agartha proves she will fight close to death itself if this increases the likelihood of survival how little. But when you are an old man from a tale about your errant limits and see big deals like Hercules that lifted the skies dying left and right the story is different...

Don Quixote lived up to his own tale! What he did may sound foolish to most, but shows unmatched bravery!

Oh shit, I didn’t know they were one of the servants from the Atlantis lostbelt, that’s pretty damn cool.

Don Quixote is amazing, honestly. He is a true hero in the moral sense even if he isn't powerful. Xu Fu is also great and I wish they would hurry up and make her playable.

prepared an entire animated scene but no fight scene of a solo don against constantine in gameplay wise hella weird tbh not like we didnt already have constantine entire kit to function as an enemy servant

I think it's cause if they did they would have to make extra animations for him, as Sancho helps him in most of them
