Never considered Arcueid a monster girl given the fact she looks like a human despite her status as a vampire elemental. Seeing her made me think "why is she here".

Melu deserved high quality. Her 3rd ascension has the dragon claws for hands and legs/feet, she has horns, and a tail and wings AND turns into a full dragon

Also find it funny how Shuten says it’s impossible for an oni and human to coexist when we dead ass got Tomoe Gozen as (not necessarily living) proof that it’s possible. She got herself a man and I think kids too

Not really, because Tomoe is a human with oni blood. I don't remember if she's straight up half-oni, but she's definitely not full oni.

​​@@foultarnished3134She's not even half-oni, iirc one of her ancestors is oni and the blood just happened to manifest stronger in her, same with Chiyome being a pretty far-off descendant of Saburou. So she's like 1/16 oni at most and she can still rip off a guy's head with her bare hands.

Even as a big Suzuka fan, she's at the very lowest qualifications for monster girl, even for foxgirl she doesn't have very big ears (which seem to be growing for most other foxgirls) and a big fluffy tail. Maybe if we got a form/ CE that shows off more of the Oni traits than the Fox traits she picked for herself then it could go a little higher in the same spot as Tomoe. But IIRC even in Foxtail she can just remove the tail and ears to appear like a regular human being; it does however open up a lot of possibilities for a perfect cosplayer Suzuka that can do pretty much whatever and shapeshifting is an Oni thing to do, so. Get on that Takenoko, it'll be great for the next Comiket Doujin.
