[FGO NA] Holy Grail Front - Day 7 Solo ft. Grand Doggo (Cú Chulainn)

I tried my best to use Lvl 1 servants but the AI here isn't as dumb as the previous days. I then resorted to finding references via JP runs however the AI has improved since then so it won't 100% work on NA. If someone manages to pull it off, I applaud you.
A non-grailed Cu should be able to do this. You can see that not even half of his first health bar was gone. Just focus on getting rid of Napoleon and stalling Caster Gilles (I unintentionally eliminated him as well lmao).

Tested with a grailed Lv80 Cu just to see if the strategy can still be replicated. Despite Napoleon surviving the initial assault for 1 turn due to Cu not having as much ATK, the results were mostly the same and even Gilles got destroyed in the end. Great video.

if anyone is wondering how to do with lv.70 Cu, after turn 5 you will only have enough damage to kill Napoleon once after he attacks u twice, so during your turn do not finish off Napoleon or the servants will shift, instead end turn and allow urself to get attacked again and then finish of Napoleon, then when its your turn proceed from after turn 5 in the video.

After a few tries, I managed to beat this one with a lv 70 1/1/1 Cu with not-MLB Code Cast. The lack of damage was frustating but as long as you manage to kill Napoleon with your first move on turn 5, you can still get behind Meuniere and the rest of the strat stays the same. my Cu actually killed his Gilles Caster faster than your guide's did, which caused the enemy master to run past their D'Eon who was a Saber wall against my Lancer. I baited the Saber to come after Cu so I could then run past her. Cu's Guts, Evade were sufficient to keep him alive without even consuming the break bar. somehow I even broke D'Eon's break bar you can tell a guide is freaking good when it's even got room for a plan B like this. great job!

While I was unable to make this work with Cu, but using my Godjuna I was able to squeeze out a win by following the same route as you, but I found that Godjuna would kill Gilles a turn early meaning the enemy Master had enough points to swap out with D'eon, so I figured out that Godjuna would fail to kill Gilles unless he had his attack buff active, as long as I used the Atlas Academy Uniforms invul the turn before I stall him out a turn (when its his turn still) then i can survive the second attack, leaving him without any points to move and I could win. Thank you for the video and its nice that it works without having to use the Lancer node.

Thanks for this, you saved my ass this event. I did this with a lv 50 1/1/0 Cu + event guts CE without a dodge mystic code, but I had to burn one CS to NP charge Cu + rng the next attack with the Np quick chain stars from the previous attack for the first kill, second kill took me 2~3 additional turns but once Napoleon was down, get behind the dude and fend off Gilles till you win like in the video.

I try to do two strats with a lvl 1 cu and a lvl 1 Regend. Both almost worked until Astolfo came in and ruined everything. Update: You can do this same strat as long as your lancer has at least one guts.

Had fun taking Herc solo through this one. Slipped up a couple times and let the opponent take the first shot when I probably could have avoided it, but Herc + Bond CE is nothing if not forgiving. Took the top route with Gudako following behind, and Astolfo and Sanson were pretty tenacious at staying on her heels. She ended up taking one shot, but not until I had already started attacking Meuniere, so it was basically already over at that point.

I almost blundered with my Cu doing this. I realized that I was not supposed to NP Gilles to instantly kill him on his last life which made the enemy master swap places with d'Eon and escape with 1 hp. Thankfully he survived with guts on Astolfo and somehow survived d'Eon's onslaught and managed to defeat him with the last move I had. Thank you for this!

I followed that strat with Grand ROMA (Equipped with a fully maxed out Aerial Drive, and also the default Mystic Code). On my first try I failed because I ended up killing Caster Gilles way too quickly, which in turn prompted Mysterious Jobber M to hide behind D'Eon. Talk about suffering from success... On the second try I went out of my way to hold back when fighting Gilles, and took him out on the exact ammount of turns as you did on the video, and managed to win this time.

Yeah, I've noticed that the AI seems to prioritize "attack enemy if it is within range of Master" over "get Master out of range of enemy", particularly if there are a lot of friendly Servants nearby. That boils down to the Master running away if you come up towards him unmolested, even if you're decently far away (two turns from reaching Master) but you can sit a couple spaces away indefinitely as long as there's an enemy that can attack you right next to you and he won't run. If you do one attack then back away leaving a space between you and the Master, then he'll attack you rather than running, and you can move in for the last two kills the next round.

Try to get your Servants' NP gauge to full. I hit him with 3 NPs just to nuke his second bar in one turn. Cú can hit hard at 35k+ - 40k+ dmg against neutrals. A Caladbolg hits at ~20k against neutrals. Eye of the Euryale can hit 45k+ - ~60k against neutral males if I got the numbers right. Euryale is OP here. Except for Bradamante, D'Eon and maybe Astolfo, the rest are all males. Good luck!

I tried my hardest but it seems Lasagna actually made an effort into making the AI challenging for a Lvl 1 clear compared to JP. I think even a lvl 50 cu will work, all you need to do is to unlock his evade skill via ascension.

Is it just me or is this event hard af? While the enemy master sends like a huge wave of servants at you you can only use 2 SSR without CE at best. My problem is that I only ever played with 5* and 4* so the cost is always high.

It's really hard if you rely too hard on higher rarities since when there are events that encourage you (some even force) to use low rarities, trouble appears.

if you would rely on an SSR, it should solo the battle, otherwise divide your forces with SRs and low rarity CE. I managed to slot in Astrea + 5* CE, Fujino + 5* CE and Kama(no CE) for this map. My CE are just Fox Lady (Osakabehime) from summer 3 event. i didn't even had a chance to move fujino from backlines. Astrea almost soloed all of them except for Astolfo who somewhat run himself to my Kama. Sanson was left alive because he charged deep in my backlines but my Masterpiece already sitting next to Meuniere. I successfully achieved my goal: to corner Meuniere with nowhere to go. Funny though, he didn't go down like a stupid AI, he actually punched my Masterpiece twice before waving the white flag. Anyway, the KEY here for brute forcing is Command Codes.

Unfortunately, it seems a lvl 1 solo for day 7 isn't possible. Unlike JP where it was doable, NA's improved AI causes Napoleon to not even budge until he's defeated.
