She can stargen off Arts Cards. That's insane. But also means she does indeed pair extremely well with Onii-chan (who will very soon be able to do the same and can capitalize on that). Atm, off-recording, I am using her alongside her Onii-chan and Squirtoria and well..... Permanent NPs and crits all around. Good Lord. PS: Also, it makes me contemplate giving her a Stargen CE to match her Onii-chan's Level 76 Melty Sweetheart rather than NP Gain

John Peacekeeper Chloe basically lives off her third skill, I’m not sure if stargen CE would be overkill since her third skill already boosts it a bunch. This isn’t optimal btw, arts up is generally better. I chose this CE to intentionally lower her damage so her np wouldn’t kill the knight straight up

I don't recommend to pair both because Chloe has a higher star absortion and when Emiya gets his last buff you will want him to absorb all stars for pure damage.

Her star weight is only three points over Shirou's (it's Gil and Squirtoria who have the unreasonable star weight). Mind though, I know my Shuten and even Saberlot are gonna be better for consistent star generating, and even Hans would be better since he has crit buff, but.... Come on, you can't deny Onii-chan + Imouto is too good to not use.

I already knew about her np gen, but that star gen is really good. I know her third skill boosts her crit star drop rate, but for art cards to drop that many stars is still... Woah. Nice video showing off chloe's strengths to anyone still unfamiliar with how good she is :) P.S. How many tries did this take? The art crits seem far from guaranteed

Char11 One try only, the crit chance were all abt 80% and either of them gritting will allow the spam to continue so the chances really isn’t that bad

Chloe actually generates more stars with her Arts cards than with her Quick Cards. Her NP/Star Gen is absurd. The only drawback she has compared to Archuria, is that her Quick cards kinda suck. But apart from that she's basically the same as Archuria (and NP5 vs NP1, with way higher NP damage)

For a recorded, recently JP server staring to Re-Run all collaboration event since Kara no Kyokai banner, I believe they'll do all collaboration Re-Run for one last time to milk out extra Servant on each collaboration banner, that's when you gonna have another chance to get her so prepare yourself well ..... cuz it'll be about next 2 years until Iliya's banner loop back to their queue in NA.
