In early days at Jp server, chances of pulling ANY servant via gacha was much lower (=a whole lot more CE pulls), so if you see anyone with one or more MLBed Kaleid, it is assumed that they've been around from day one, rather than being excessive whaler. I think Nobu said that in one of shows with Mafia Kajita.

I've waited for Nobu to be in Chaldea Radio forever. He lived up to his legend. 4:08 - Nobu wanted to go full Farmville in Chaldea Radio but Rieri and Rumi-chan aren't hardcore enough to keep up. Five minutes into the radio program and Nobu is already talking lotto comps and CQs.

As Nobu and Mafia-san might have mentioned somewhere, MLBed kscope is more of indication of early starter, rather than whale. At start in JP, your chance of getting ANY servant was pretty much nominal that even if you pulled R or lower, it was still considered "successful" pull. Back then, you had better chance of pulling Kscope than servants.
