Oh... I forgot about the RNG gimmick moat Ishtar-faces have. So they can benefit from Buff Success Rate Up too huh. I typically never used such supports, so it never crossed mt mind before. Does this mean you can also use Lanling and/or Lakshimi Bai with someone like Scathack too. Or what about Zhang Jue? Now I wanna try this out.
