From a performance driving standard the cop did surprisingly good. And I’m glad this guy is in custody.. but IMO it was too risky to pursue. Too many assumptions made about how traffic will react, too fast on bad surfaces with cross traffic, and passing too aggressively. Worked out in the end for the most part, but if the cop had a little bad luck come his way he could have easily killed an innocent person.
