I believe that fleeing and eluding at high speeds and putting counties peoples lies at risk should be a more significant charge. It should be considered attempted murder or be punishable as such. It’s crazy that people just think they can haul ass from a police/trooper and the only charge is fleeing and eluding. Harsher penalties should be handed down for this. Fleeing and eluding is a 3rd degree felony (5 yrs max). He should have been charged with fleeing and eluding- disregard for safety of others (2nd degree felony - 15 yrs max) based on him running the red lights as he did during the pursuit.

@@Furious321They should. In my country you can’t buy a fast car or insure it, like the Audi RS types, if your under 21 or if you got multiple tickets for speeding on your name. The insurance company deems you a liability and not insurable. And let’s say you borrowed it you are not insured and the owner loses is privilege to ever own or buy one in the future.
