I visited Fl recently and couldn't believe the lack of police. Every where we drove there wasn't a cop car in site.

So the offending vehicle was stolen? Plate registration, etc. obviously they know who the owner is so who did the owner lend the car to oh it must be stolen because there’s no logical common sense details on that end
