I’m so sorry for the appalling voiceover - I’m currently really not very well and managing a horrible cough and sore throat.
Muller rices used to be one of my favourite desserts, but I’ve not touched one for over a year. It easy easy, but we did it 💪🏻
Now… time for rest and for me to get better!

Fi- I’m obsessed with your posts. I do not have an eating disorder but face anxiety in several areas of my life. When an attack comes on, I say “I can do hard things”. I feel proud when I complete a hard task. You gave me that strength. Love you!

I remember when I was an inpatient and our after dinner dessert was muller rice, it does get easier but only when we keep challenging it, the first is always hard so forgive yourself if you break down xx

Hi miss fi , i waa just wondering if you have ever considered at home juicing To help get the vitamins and minerals you need ? My cousin struggled as you do. Increase was her least favorit word in the world. She found juicing to really help her feel better with almose no "increasing" because she juiced fruit and veggies . it very much helped her hair and nail issues. Anyways just thought i would mention it for something to think about. She said it was easer for her add juicing than anything else.

Have you tried diamond painting. I find i can get lost in them for hours. Similar to paint by numbers. But sticking diamonds onto a picture xx

Question: hope it doesn’t upset you ! Have you ever considered natural option to help your journey? Just a honest question and I am not sure if it is legal where you are but CBD or THC in an eatable form? Ps I feel like if it’s help other with medical conditions; is these options available? 🤭😇😳🤯🤫
