Over and above than all questionable moves by him had been ruled in his favour. He won so many races by virtue of that fact plus Red Bulls car being grossly superior to all others. Now that his car is no longer superior he’s throwing tantrums. It’s not a matter of losing his cool but the gall he has to reckon FIA and all F1 fans must bend to his whims and fancy and side with him. the fia is killing the sport ! they want what all coverments are trying to do " total control" I have been watching Formula 1 since 1980 and always thought it was great. But in recent years it has become nothing of what it used to be. Far too many rules, which means there is no real racing. Then Max came along, he is someone who loves real racing and showed that. But the rules make it very difficult, overtaking is not possible because you are quickly punished. Because people quickly find it dangerous! So we invented DRS, then overtaking is still possible and that is exciting Ha Ha !!!

But athletes must have the right to curse. Come on.... Then what, they will start telling athletes what they can eat? drink? dress? I think Verstappen should complain less? curse less? yes, i think. But not because there's a FIA rule to punish him for that. I know what's FIA doing. It's the same that NBA has been doing in past years. What has happened to F1? (in the past 10 or 15 years) The leadership is a joke, and obviously getting much worse. Presently F1 is in the worse hands imaginable. What are they thinking? With all this craziness existing in the world and then a driver swears and they come down on him hard. It's too bad Verstappen is forced to endure this bogus situation. I say leave him (and others) alone already. If Max leaves the sport, then I (as a spectator and fan for forty years) will stop following F1 for good. I have loved watching F1 since I was in my early 20's - now in late 60s. The inconsistencies & crazy penalties etc. that stewards & FIA are dishing out these days plus the greed for money with so many races etc. are taking a lot away from what used to be a fantastic sport. The drivers are putting everything they have every time they get on the track. These press conferences are right after the race. there is no time for them to decompress. The last thing they think about is being polite. Edit the language before you broadcast the conference. As to language from the car to the pit crew , these drivers are racing. Their not on a merry go round. Next drivers will have to request permission to pass.

The current board of the FIA seem totally inadequate in so many ways. F1 after all didn't have its genesis in Arabia. There was a time and I recall it well when sponsorship meant a discreet. tiny decal, times change and maybe not for the better, Red Bull being the prime example. An "Energy" drink company, foisted to the world stage, good for business, maybe. But good for the sport certainly not. What makes the head of the FIA the head of the FIA? At the end of the day it's almost certainly money. A way to Sportwash your filthy lucour . Nascar has 37 races. OK, it’s less traveling as it is in the US only, but I don’t believe that it is much less intense for the driver than F1. So 24 races is 2/3 of it. F1 now monitoring the language is a joke. The selection of tracks, tending to city tracks rather than permanent tracks, is going the wrong way. People are not watching because there is usually one team reigning for a few years before another takes over for some time. Real racing usually takes place in midfield.

FIA is trying to make F1 exciting for the viewers yet missing the point that treating their superstars like animlas in a cage only results in mutiny. If F1 had a bunch of choirboys racing, NO ONE would watch. Can't muzzle your talent. Maybe stop sticking a mic and camera on their every move. Driving cars at the limit is their job, their joys and it's a passion filled activity. You don't need to see them pee in their suits so no cameras there...don't want to hear them curse on their team radios-stop broadcasting it. Add a filter, delay or swear catcher. Radio stations developed this technology for their live broadcasts...surely the FIA can too without pissing off their super stars.
