THat last still pic was the real money shot for me. The bottle brush hones get a bad rap but I can see you achieved a good crosshatched pattern on the cylinder bores. I think people misinterpet cylinder honing is not reboring. Excellent job.

Excellent observation! The speed of the drill and arm movement definitely played a huge roll in the cross hatching. And you are also right, honing get confused with boring a lot. Thank you for commenting.
