Fiat 500 Classic - Part 3 - Welding fender tips and front panel

Fixing some rust issues on the little Fat. This will not be a complete restoration, just fixing it up to be drivable for a few years.

Why did you bother to drain the fuel tank, when it's pretty easy to completely remove it?

Yes, it is easy to remove, but there wasn't much gas in the tank. This wasn't a full restoration, so didn't really need to remove it. Also used some of the gas to clean old undercoating.
