As an owner of a 2013 500 Abarth that is currently leaking oil from a valve cover gasket, this video is greatly appreciated.

How do I test the oil separator if it's properly working or not?

Great videos! I can not locate an oil leak on my 2014 500 Abarth. It causes a burning smell, most noticeable when coming to a stop and some smoke near turbo. I replaced the AOS O ring, PCV, valve cover gasket and just replaced the gasket on the vacuum pump. Before doing this last step, I noticed what appeared to be a leak from the bottom of the pump so I thougjt replacing the gasketnor the pump would FINALLY resolve the issue. On a test drive after replacing pump gasket, the smell was worse than ever. I suspected the pump must be faulty, but actually it is bone dry under the pump and around the gasket. There is however new oil present on areas below the vacuum pump. Brown oil, the same color as my motor oil (about due for a change). Ive used mirrors all down in there and can't find the source Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thank you!

Sounds similar too my issue. Fiat 500 L turbo. I can see my turbo oil ( motor oil) lines are leaking. Check those lines if turbo

Ok, thanks for the video. Could you work on not gargling while you speak? It's really hard to listen to you because of the accent, but the gargling is mak8ng extremely difficult. Maybe next time?
