Fiat Panda 100HP - FK Abarth 500 Coilovers Installation

I wanted to improve my Fiat Panda 100hp with a set of coilovers by FK to improve the handling and to give it a more aggressive look. These FK coilovers for the Abarth 500 are a 90% similar in fitment so I thought why not give them a try.
Great budget improvement if you want your spine turned into dust :)

Do you have Bumpstops installed, or use different bumpstops?

+SpaceCaker yes I have fiat 500 bump stops. Some of the panda people cut the stops shorter but 500 ones have shorter ones as far as I can remember

Fk are shitty coilovers, i fitted them in my Panda same time ago, too low and unusefull , now I put Bilstein B6 with 100hp springs....is another story...

Agreed, they do suck major wang. But I do have an idea for another set of coils which I would like to test out on the Pandamime when I it is financially feasible.

The 500 rides on 16" wheels with 195-45 R16 tyres. (100HP Panda has 195-45 R15" ) so 500 sits 1/2" lower on the springs. The standard 500 rear springs are 30% softer than standard Panda rear springs. They work well on the 100HP (much better ride) but you need the rubber spring cushions at both ends. Normally the rubbers are used at the top only. If you want to raise the rear ride height, make up a fibre spacer to sit above the top spring rubber. At the front you can use coil-overs to adjust the ride height.

They are gone don't worry, I've installed a set of B12 now and they are great. I did them a bit wrong in the video but I changed them afterwards. I guess that must be why it's getting a few dislikes lol

I have bought my first set of coilovers from this site before for my first panda here. No complaints. I mean you get what you pay for so don't expect world class quality for small money, but haven't had issues with them before
