Wow, this was super insightful. Many of the symptoms describe me to a tea; I’ve been dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, headaches and much more for years and years. It has taken a huge toll on me. Thanks so much for this great webinar!❤

I had a total knee replacement 5 yrs ago which led to severe neuropathic red hot burning pain in my knee. I found that a lidocaine patch or knee support takes the pain away. I have oa in various parts of my body and need another knee replacement in the other knee and I am so worried it will make my fibromyalgia worse which started approximately 2 yrs ago . I am 69 female. Any advise would help there is no family history. Thank you
