But if we're asking if the shock waves could stop the webbing, then yes and no as it would stop Spidys normal webs, but he got like sniper shot webs that are meant to piece so those would go through the shock wave. Regardless, it doesn't matter as even without the Webs, Spiderman would win.

If you actually think Wolverine and Nightcrawler can beat Homelander but don't think Spider-Man could even harm him then you really don't know what you're talking about on that front. Spider-Man is faster and stronger than both of them, if it wasn't for his Adamantuim Skeleton, Spider-Man could tear Wolverine apart so if you think Wolverine beats Homelander, Spider-Man beats him even easier. Also yeah, comic Spidey definitely beats Homelander. People seem to think that because he's supposed to be an evil Superman that he is at least somewhat comparable (but often weaker) but he's actually probably the weakest pastiche of Superman. He's a big fish in a small pond, a decently strong super human up against normal humans and low level super humans that Batman could take out in a single night without prep but put him in Marvel or DC and he's nothing. He'd be like a minor villain for Spider-Man, a decent enough challenge at first but once he knows he's up against, he embarrases Homelander each time. Comic Spider-Man definitely has comparable if not better feats of strength and durability than Homelander, I can guarantee that.

The Emperor of mankind Pre-Heresy, dude is literally so powerful the Chaos Gods decided to put their differences aside to fuck up all of his plans 2. Any Primarch, these dudes were basically hand crafted by Emps himself & are better than Homelander in every way. 3. The Black Pariah. This dude is basically Chaos’ hand crafted soul eating Assassin who had enough power to kill the Emperor. 4. Any Necron. These dudes are basically Terminators with weapons that can atomize organic material & could easily take over the entire Galaxy if they weren’t so busy fighting each other or obsessing over their own individual hobbies, to name one in particular Trazyn the infinite, the dude could kill Homelander in 100 different ways but instead he’d probably just Freeze the fucker in time, put him in a default A-pose, & seal him in plastic like a life sized action figure. 5 Gotrek Gurnisson from WH Fantasy.
