i really dont know what it is about Germany but they just pump out awesome band after awesome band. i only heard of these guys at the start of the year and i have been obsessed since. i dont even speak german but the german accent is just beautiful to listen too. i realise that these guys sing mostly in english but im speaking overall about german music

@@bayanhakki670 It's funny: Many bands that appear English are German. Medieval folk is pretty exclusive to Germany. Folk Metal is russian. Goth and Symphonic seems to be a north European thing My favorite musicians on YT are Russian.

Worauf beziehst du dich mit "Original"? Das Lied ist ein Partisanen- bzw Arbeiterlied. Gibts irgendwo n Video von Partisanen im Krieg, die das gesungen haben oder was? Alles, was irgendein Künstler damit je angestellt hat, ist eine Interpretation mehr oder weniger traditionellen Liedguts, aber kein Original o_O Und die Interpretation traditionellen Liedguts gehört zu Fiddler's Green wie die Saiten zu ner Gitarre.

Albtraumfeechen Du hast mich wohl falsch verstanden. Mit Original beziehe ich mich auf das Lied selbst. Bella Ciao hat schließlich eine feste Melodie und einen festen Text, soweit es keine übersetzte Version ist. Down ist ja keine Interpretation von Bella Ciao im Sinne eines Covers sondern zitiert lediglich die Melodie. Hätte Fiddlers Green eine eigene Version des gesamten Liedes, also des "Originals", gemacht, hätte ich damit vermutlich auch kein Problem. Das machen sie ja oft, wie du selbst auch angemerkt hast. Die Verwendung des Zitats aus Bella Ciao finde ich hier nur einfach nicht passend, weshalb ich lieber eigene Lieder von ihnen hören statt so etwas.
