It does not apply in Cuba because they spend their money educating people, health care(many canadians go see cuban doctors) and promoting ''modesty''! That's probably a new word for you. Anyway, no matter where i went in Cuba, i always felt safe, always! While in your country, the guns are always rite...Why are you gonna come to Canada next time? Our water? Cause you already control our mines, our forest, our petrol gas...what s left?
