Love the video. I have just rediscovered these DVG solo games thanks to your presentation which is brilliant. Already had Napoleon so played a couple of sessions but now that the postie has brought me Rommel today it's WW2 all the way! Thanks for the inspiration and keep up the great playthrough's.

I think you've misunderstood the battle sequence; you assign hits at the end of each round of combat. So in the second round of that first combat, you would have only been facing 1 reduced unit plus the Air Raid BP. It didn't end up mattering here, but might in the future. Also for Allied orders, you only roll once per region (not per unit) and apply that order to all applicable units in the region. This is not 100% clear in the rules, but is listed in the FAQ (found on BGG).

Germans have the hot dice. Certainly does not seem like a difficult game to master. Play flows pretty easy
