If the fountains don't light up for you, you may have to unlock Astral Monuments in that area first. Sometimes it's bugged as well, you can skip the bugged ones for the time being and come back to them later on. These fountains are a weekly thing, once you have upgraded your statues to the recommended levels mentioned in my previous videos, collecting them will be a breeze. Cheers!

No it's not randomized. The plots in this guide are 99.9% accurate.

Do you know if it's possible to transmit to domain 9 even though we haven't finished vera main storyline? I remember seeing in notices they let us transmit there but i can't seem to find the option

You can use jetpack + grapple or upgrade willow so you will have access to the in game jetpack near plot 1. (Astral Monument)

Don't worry, If they do not react then skip them for now, you'll need to unlock Astral Monument for that area. You'll come back for these fountains for the weeklies too. Cheers!

Yeap, it's different for everyone. It's buggy as usual. I personally wouldn't bother going back for those as for now. Fountains are a weekly thing. Once you have upgraded all statues to the recommended levels. It will be a breeze to collect them weekly. I'll be uploading a farming route after this.
