Thank you for this information. My wire shelf collapsed and therefore I needed to replace 10 ft of hanging rod. The only way to get it was with 2 levels of rods in the Pax system. Is there a standard height for the 2 levels of hanging rods?

There is not. It is completely adjustable for like suit coats and shirts/blouses or dresses, gowns, or slacks. I put mine two holes off the top. You can then hang a shirt yo to see where it falls for the bottom row.

I installed the pull-out hanger without the spacers, using different screws leftover from other Ikea furniture. I still don't understand what's the purpose of the spacers, they slide the same with or without.

The bit skipping sounds like you were using a Phillips head instead of a Pozi-Drive head (PH vs PZ). Using the latter makes a WORLD of difference when assembling anything IKEA

Can the pull out shoe shelf be installed to the lowest pre drilled holes?

Sorry, I found that it didn’t have enough clearance. I had to install it the second hole from the bottom. I hope this helps and it’s not a dealbreaker.

How to readjust the location of the pull outs? Help!

Pop out the drawer box front he drawer slide. Then slide the drawer slide so you can see the screw heads holding the drawer slides. Remove the screws and reposition the drawer slide to the desire height/position. I hope this helps.

I’m not sure. I know IKEA has a uniform cut list with drill specs but I’m not familiar with all modular closet systems. Let me know what you decide and how it works out.
