Paul is my Hero!! Squirrels have the bite force enough to open Walnuts with their teeth. We humans have to use a machine with over 1000 foot pounds. What does that tell you about their bite force? Fearless or foolish? I'm going with Fearless and hero status!

I still find it strange we are allowed to hunt small game in the UK with slingshots but we can't hunt the same small game with a bow.

Yes, the explanation I heard was that the legislation (Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981) was drafted by the RSPB and MPs didn't scrutenize it properly. They may have intended just to ban huntng with crossbows, but the phrase in the legisltion is 'any bowed weapon' so includes archery. There are people who are trying to get the law changed to permit hunting with bows but can't see it happening anytime soon.

Squirrels are an invasive species to UK. You are encouraged to hunt them to extinction. Think of squirrels as rats with fluffy tails.

Charlie, Charlie, Charlie. How many times Do I have to ask for you to do a piece on Shooting associations and how they are letting down their members? BASC, dropped their legal cover. But didn’t drop the price. Countryside alliance, NGO. Don’t have Legal cover to help with the problems people are having renewing their firearms or shotgun certificate or don’t you want to upset these associations. Or at least do an up-to-date piece on third part insurance cover and what they actually cover you for.

You could say the same for the cpsa, however what I’ve discovered is that when the police decide to play god, unless it’s a very straight forward case, they are unable to help, they will give advice as the best steps to take, which is what they did for me and pointed me in the right direction. I can recommend draycott brown solicitors in Manchester who specialise in gun law, due to it being at great expense, the associations will rarely take on a case, it therefore falls on the license holder to take the police to court if they can afford it.

Charlie, ma be a video covering what our "rights" are when it comes to police trying to seize our guns and how to handle the situation and questions we should (or shouldn't) ask the officers on the doorstep? Ian said in the video that there's only certain circumstances that police can enter our homes, warrant And revocation letter were two of them but then he goes on to say that even if they have them we do not need to surrender our guns seems a little confusing, maybe you could clear this up with info from yourselves and BASC, some people we can trust to give us the truths rather than some of the garbage on the Internet

Get to know your local police. They are people as you are. Let them know that you are assets to your community, they may have been taught otherwise. And they may me young, but they have the power of the state to end your normal life or take you hostage for x amount of years.

If shooters are using theses guns to kill animals ,or hunt ( excepting rat infestation of food premises or homes ) then their licences should be removed & not even allowed a sub 12 lb air rifle either . There are clay pigeons & target ranges or the purposes of competition & target shooting sport or practising their marksmanship . No excuse for blood lusting & getting off on killing gods creatures for pleasure or sport .
