With the milder weather I would be in favour of a change to the season for Roe Doe's. I avoid shooting them in March as they are very close to dropping.

Great to see a lady out enjoying our sport but she perhaps needs to be more aware of here muzzle as the past couple of videos I've seen with her and Nathan and he has had that rifle pointed at him throughout as they walk about or so it looks

@@nathanwhitehead9725 I'll bare that in mind as I've joined a rifle club in Lincolnshire last year and I'm looking to get my fac licence this year at some point and would like a Browning X bolt in .308 as .308 is what I've shot mostly at the club, would .308 be too large a caliber for stalking the uk deer species in your area?

@@daermon1000 308 is a good all round calibre with lots of bullet choice although I am a fan of the 6.5 calibres, flatter trajectory and also a wide choice in ammunition. Hope this helps? Best regards Nathan

You can start off with your children showing them how to skin a chicken I did with my grandson when he was five and then on to rabbits we’ve have got to the point where children and adults won’t even touch raw meat.
