Ok heres a good Rivalry. Bumblee vs anyone who is faster then him. While not all bumblebees are overly ego about their speed. A good amount of them really do take too much pride in how fast they are and take anyone being faster as an insult.

In Cybertron Override and Hot Shot had a rivalry over the planet key in Velocitron as did the Cybertron Defense Team with Megatron/Galvatron.

Here's a few more suggestions should you want to do a part 3: 1) Starscream vs. Megatron - Maybe not in terms of combat prowess but in terms of Decepticon politics. 2) Ironhide vs. Bludgeon - These two have BEEF in a number of continuities. 3) Crosshairs vs. Drift vs. Bumblebee - Also from the Bayverse, these three never seemed to get along. 4) Hot Shot vs. Override - From the Cybertron trilogy, Hot Shot and Override competed against each other in races frequently. 5) Alice vs. Michaela Banes - From the Bayverse. Catfight. 6) Drift vs. Lockdown - From the IDW movie comics. Lockdown killed Drift's friend Knucklehead and framed Drift for the murder, causing him to defect to the Autobots. EDIT: added a few to the list and corrected a few spelling mistakes.

Actually thought of another one that might fit this topic: the 3 faces of Blitzwing in Animated did _not_ coexist peacefully. The Schwarzenegger (tank) and Colonel Klink (plane) faces couldn't agree on anything, which is why they ended up with multiple alt-modes, while their third face/personality had to be something of a mediator between the other two.

A big one that ended up in a good way is the sentinus twins from earth wars You also forgot the biggest one Cogman and Cade There’s jetfire and thrust from armada Wheeljack and hotshot (also from armada) I could be mistaken but also in armada blurr had a rivalry with cyclonus in a few episodes Also from earth wars we have tarantulas and black arachnia and their fellow predacons Also there’s shattered glass steel jaw and ravage from earth wars Double dealer and punch/counter punch have a rivalry in earth wars about who is the better double agent Gold fire and ramjet from earth wars Metal hawk and bomburst from earth wars Preadicon Megatron, deathsorus and g1 megatron have a three way rivalry in earth wars with each one battling over leadership while armada megatron isn’t really doing much While not transformers themselves. Melody and Luca have a rivalry in earth wars Last notable one from earth wars. Omega supreme and overlord And in animated bumblebee and blurr had a rivalry Brawn and every single decepticon in g1 Orian pax is rumored to have a rivalry with dark wing in transformers one Dirge and bad luck And lastly we have Steve the vehicon and everyone in prime

Set just after the Autobots escape from Quintesson, along with Wheelie, but Galvatron commands both his henchmen to track down and kill the remaining Autobots. Hot Rod won the fight, by tricking Cyclonus into grabbing hold of electrical conduits
