I actually prefer this kind of car review than a modified car. I’d love you to do a physical price breakdown. How much it takes to fill her up, how long that lasts, road tax etc. Making me contemplate switching my 1.8 celica vvtli for a diesel fiesta.

Deep down you sound gutted, but sometimes you've got to go backwards before you can move forwards. Family always comes first, and nothing wrong with a dirty diesel to get you back and forth. I went from a mapped ST too to a Vauxhall Astra... (Disastra) Diesel, nowhere near as fun to drive but mentally its just as nice seeing more funds in the ol bank account knowing you're saving, and it all adds up. Followed you from the start, loved watching your builds and various cars that you've had on the channel. So much more genuine than all these other youtubers out there trying to build views on their very expensive financed cars, they wont know whats hit them when they are a little older and intending of moving out or have a family. Wish you all the best mate, just keep saving and before you know it, you'll no doubt have another pocket rocket 🚙💨

I just replaced my Grande Punto with one of these (mine it the titanium model) Even though its a diesel it feels way better to drive. So even though you got rid of your ST look on the bright side it could be a lot worse, you could of bought my Punto

@@jamiepudney besides the ST you have other good content mate👍the fuel is a crippler on the ST, I do Plymouth to Scotland a fair bit and it'd be a lot cheaper flying 1st class (but less fun).

@@jamiepudney Don’t worry about it mate, you didn’t realise how expensive it is to run a focus st mk2 that’s why I don’t daily my focus rs mk2 only use it for weekends 😂 ohh yeah I agree if you can afford to run about in a fiesta diesel to save money it’s better!
