Fix Career Mode: Realistic transfers, New Layout, Sponsorships, Actual Press Conferences like "The Journey" and If they do add this your comments could affect relationships with the Clubs Board and Players, Injury's are way too frequent, If you sim a match away from home you're almost certain to lose or draw, Squad Training (More training spots than 5), Add the Ballon D'or, Cut-Scenes like The Journey, Add U23 and Youth Leagues, Enable us to ask for additional funds, Be able to retire at the end and become a Legend like Sir Alex And... this maybe a push but being able to have New Kits every season. EDIT: They could also add a new mode where you could ONLY manage a International Team... Buy Champions League And Europa League Licenses, Upgrading Stadiums. I also don't understand why they are taking so much time and effort to make The Journey... More people like and play CM.

I honestly don't understand your comment. Out of most EA games, FIFA is one of the few I would say has demonstrated abit of improvment. Look at the difference between fifa 07 and Fifa 12. Then Fifa 12 to Fifa 17. As much as there some of stuff they have missing, they are still very enjoyable. This continuous complaint from people for every single game is tiring. Go play PES then.

KingOfTheCosmos weekend league was a massive innovation to fifa, it allowed people to get the players they want without having to spend a penny on the game, what else do you want, you can't expect them to give the game a complete do over every year, why change something that's already working? Look at other games like battlefield and cod, they're all similar every year, it's not just fifa that's similar ever year, as I've said, why change something that's already working? We don't want a whole new game, we just want one with the problems from the previous games fixed with just some additional innovation.

Now you lose money every time you buy a player, because the price ranges keep getting lower and lower. But you buy the coins from EA, you won't lose your money. What I think would be an innovation towards career mode would be having the ability to retire as a manager at whatever time you want (after 5 seasons at least) and then being able to create your own club with the amount of earnings you made as a manager (earnings never really had a purpose but now they can),but each league would have a price in order to be able to create the club,some examples are MLS' price could be $1mil,the EPL could have a price of $25mil but you would have to start in the 3rd division,as well as creating kits,and stadiums,as well as a youth system as optional,but just to make it more realistic the first kits you create have small sponsors and in order to get the top tier brands such as adidas and Nike you must do well in matches and receive an offer of some kind in which they send you different kit designs and you just fill in the colors for your club and choose which one you want,as well as having the ability to expand your stadium capacity in order to compete with the stadiums of top clubs,those are just my two cents,let me know what you think,thanks for reading if you did.

FIFA will never be on the same level as PES's Master League mode on Superstar difficulty. About as realistic as a football game can get. FIFA is arcade, PES is a simulator.

i'd like them to fix the corners and add the knuckle ball shoot to the ingame , like the one PES 2012/13 had ( if your press the shot button right before your player shoots the ball ,and if he has the knuckle ball skill , he will perform a deadly unstoppable shot ) and also fix goalkeepers i mean come on , on ps2 days you can call the keeper to catch a ball going to a corner kick ,while in all fifas you press triangle and the keeper goes towards it but doesnt catch it -_- , also its been years now and im still hoping that fifa will fix the online pausing system , players should only pause when the ball is out ...

I play CM more than any other mode. alot of you guys touched on some things I agree with, press conferences should affect relationships with players, owners, fans, media. success (winning trophies) should raise the prestige of the club, making you more of a destination, Because if you play with a small club you can win the league 4 years but because it's a default players like a Suarez, neymar etc will refuse. cutscenes when you sign a player or win a trophy would be cool. as well as better headlines from around the world. regarding manager firing, player transfers etc. youth development teams where you can see real progress stats from other leagues and previous years... nothing bugs me more than not being able to see how well a player from another league is performing when I'm doing transfers. or how they performed in prior seasons. can't be that hard to simulate stats based on results .. last but not least, allow us to be the owner or sporting director of the club, still with all the powers we currently have but allowing us to hire real life managers to the club and not forcing us to have a default manager who is not relevant. this allows us to have the managers personality and prestige to attract certain players more than other clubs. or vice versa. just to give it an unpredictable element. thoughts?

Best way to improve "Career Mode" is to get rid of Manager "career" and focus on the club and players. Stats should be kept for more than one season for the club and the players. If I scout/sign a player that ends up having the most assists in "club history" I want to know that. How many international goals does he have? Goals in a specific cup?

one thing i really hate is that half time whistles do not correspond with the game at all. you get the ball from your opponent and have a great chance of counterattack but no the whistle is blown, you dont see that in real football , they must really improve that i guess

FIFA can do so much with career mode and it doesn't look like it's ever going to happen. FIFA Manager shows how in depth they could go a few years back. I'd love that as a career mode.
