Press up on the d-pad for offensive quick-tactics or down for defensive quick-tactics. then it will show the available options. for offensive full-backs, it's up (to bring up the menu) and then either left or right (can't remember)

Use r1+L1 shot far post...use power shot with timed finish...Alone power shot is not affective anymore...use r1 shot outside the box at sweet spots that will work

Youre supposed to switch to it in game, the game will start in balance and you just change it to your tactic at minute 1
