There is a more efficient way to grow players using the loan glitch. Don't use it to grow potential. But instead use it to grow overall. Especially on players out of position. It's much better than using position changes.

@@FCGems have you tried it with older players (older than 22) with 99 potential? I've had a lot of success growing players by keeping them on balanced (minimizing overall growth) and then once they hit 23 years old loan glitching them so that they have an extreme boost in overall. It's the same sort of thing that happens when you sell a player and notice them have a huge overall boost at their new club. The game will glitch them so that their stats are far higher than if they had been on development plans the whole time. It's an interesting concept.

I'm saying use them for few seasons so that dynamic potential does it's magic and then when they have 99 potential and they are older than 22 the loan glitch will glitch them to or near 99 overall and will give them more 99 stats than if you were to grow them via development plans.

This is something I can never figire out. My growth always stagnates after about season 3 when players hit 90 and go from +4 to +6 overall growth to +1 to +3

@@FCGems except it's players like Mason Greenwood on FIFA 21 i got him to 91 and then was taking ages after that to grow more. And on FIFA 22 Brandon Williams is at 80 Overall right now with 70 weeks until he hits 81 and I'm only in November of season 2. And I keep an eye on development plans, I have 2 team sheets so my starting 11 plays 40+ games and Williams is my first choice LB

fun fact if all the dev plans are the same eta sim a month or more they will be diff that happened to me with osimehn when he was 98 rated they were all 150 weeks i played a few months then one of the dev plans just turned into 16 weeks so keep an eye on that

Really depends on what offers you accept, if you loan a 72 rated player to Barcelona he won't grow too much, now if you send that same player out to a team like Salernitana, he will skyrocket.

Really hoping someone can answer this and reply, coz I am STUMPED bro's.... So few times now I have got +2 overall upgrade by changing positions, but when I change the position they no longer grow, all green dashes instead of upwards chevrons (arrows)!?!?!? So I'm kinda figuring it's best to not change the position, at least until they have reached potential, just keep on with development plans so the individual stats can grow. I'm referring to players like 82 ovr with 84 potential, mid twenties in age (Emre Can and Angel Correa to be specific). I can either use Dev plans to grow their stats on the way to ovr increase, or if u change position & increase ovr to potential max then u r denied any growth whatsoever??? Seems silly to me, I'm bloody confused 🤷🏻‍♂️ Best to stay on lower overall without pos change so can implement growth!?!?

I actually bypass training days completely which is same as simming, but always make sure my Subs & Reserve Team sheet is the default.

1: How do you know the player’s exact potential? Their status is a wide range. 2: Did you actually convert the player to a new position or just play them there? 3: Goals and assists help with the player performance indicator therefore should positively effect Dynamic Potential. 4: What age is the player?

Tick ✅ means that particular Dev Plan has finished. Start a new one and it should disappear 👍🏻
