Just an opinion I find a 4-4-2 style is best for united, and the lineup being a little bit like this dea, Shaw, maguire, varane, awb, rashford on the left sancho on the right, pogba and Bruno in the middle, Cavani and Ronaldo up top

What's up Ty. So a few suggestions I have are training Rashford and Sancho to be wingers, it definitely improves their attacking, especially Sancho's. As for defensive play style, I'd suggest you only make them press for half the match if not 60 minutes to preserve stamina. And a CDM suggestion would be Tchouameni and Rice, they're both good defensively and know how pass the ball well. Other than that, I think you're really gonna have fun with this CM, all the best, can wait to see how it goes

To replace one of the cdm positions you should buy Lisandro Martinez from Ajax. He is a very aggresive player who never shy's away from a dual and can play cdm, cb and lb which is a good quality for a still developing player. He is the type of player I'm sure the old guard like Ferdinand, Scholes and Keane would love to see at United

When Pogba leaves you should sign Leon Goretzka. He is even stronger in duals than Pogba and he has the work ethic to play that cdm position! Also might be signing Frenkie de Jong and if the do Goretzka would probably leave so it's realistic to some extend.

7 seasons into my United career mode. Signed Xavier Schlager in my second season for CDM ,best signing yet. The guy was quality for Austria in the euros so that's were I got the idea from ! Also signed Allan Saint Maximan in a swap for Jesse and some cash, always gives me Nani vibes

I think it would be interesting to emulate Ragnick's tactis and formations like you said, rotating between the 4-2-2-2, the 3-5-2 and the 4-3-3, depending on the oponents and the players available, the most important is the philosophy and not the formation itself. Also signing players 25 and under to have realistic transfers. Selling Maguire, Jones, Matic, Martial and Mata. Rotate the wingback positions, he will play Telles and Dalot a lot cause they are very good at attacking and crossing.Using players that can press a lot is important, players like Van de Beek, Sancho, Rashford, Fred, etc. Signing recommendations I would say Lukas Klostermann, Diogo Leite, Dan-Axel Zagadou or Mohammed Salisu for the CB position and Tyler Adams or Kalvin Phillips for the CDM position. Those are the 2 positions that I think United need more improvement in. If you sell Wan-Bissaka (who I think is too weak in attack for this style of play), I would give the starting spot to Dalot and buy either Hugo Siquet or Tomás Tavares for rotation.
