Matt, you’re the only one who makes FIFA look anywhere near playable for a PES head like myself. Pity the next-gen for PC is not out yet because if it plays like this with your sliders, I’d play it for sure.

Yeah, it's a real shame that they couldn't figure out the minimum requirements even. FWIW, we do test on the PC as well. I've played a handful of games each testing phase. The only issues is the central mids aren't as active so the sense of "team defending" isn't as good as it is on nex-gen. Regardless, PC should be nexgen (and then some) all day. Love your PES videos btw, mate!

The problems in FIFA are unfortunately related not only to the sliders adjustments, it will always look like an arcade game no matter what. But EA's marketing works perfectly as usual: bad for TRUE players, but good for them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Like the feel of these sliders, but find that there is almost always 4+ goals in every game. Any tips on what I can adjust to change this?

If you never figured this out, the best thing you can do is raise the pass error, shot error and first touch control error while lowering pass speed and maybe shot speed slightly also. It worked for me and I’m having a few more 0-0s along with tighter games in the champions league etc

I've literally gone 3 games with over 2-0 wins. Opposition doesn't score

@@fooli91 yeah just increase the errors if you want less goals and decrease if you want less etc… can play around with goalkeeper ability as well but it’s a bit more annoying to get right

I find it too easy to attack, I play full manual and use Ultimate V8 sliders. Can anyone tell me how to make it harder to attack without making the defending really difficult?

Have you found any solution? Maybe having CPU sprint speed 2 or 3 points higher than the user could improve their defending. That's how it was on FIFA 21 Sliders and I found it significantly harder to score against FIFA 21 CPU.

AWESOME ! Tried your sliders out they are all a blessing. Thanks for your work for the community. But I have one question: Everytime when I use your new sliders, it seems like they affect the gameplay a lot (which ist good) But after a few days (or game updates) they dont affect it as much as it used to be before. Even things that should stick out directly like sprintspeed are a huge difference. For example I just changed my slider settings with these from the update but even tho the sprint speed and acceleration is the same the players move so much better and more responsive now. They dont slide anymore and it generally feeld just great but I dont want it to get bader over time... What can help ? Do I need to put in the slider settings again after an update? Fifa seems to addapt to the sliders

I think you're just getting used to playing them so improve, what I like to do is increase first touch error, as it gets rid of the unnatural robotic smoothness they all have

I might be being a bit thick or something but, i only recently found OS community sliders and i dont really get what is going on. There seems to be endless changes as problems are found but cant find where the latest full slider changes are? so if i try Matt10L sliders from first post, by now everyone is using completely different sliders.

Haven't payed for Fifa since Fifa 19, been looking to get this one since you guys seem to be reasonably happy with it. You think it's worth to get on PC, Matt? Heard that PC is missing some features which is really dissapointing.

Hypermotion is the main thing missing. As gimmicky as it sounds, it does bring in more shape, to the fold, but at times it just feels cosmetic rather than beneficial - especially with the issues I mentioned about the defensive line. The PC version actually has a bit of an advantage in that respect, but it's the central mids not tracking back quickly that hurts a bit. Not as bad as FIFA 21 was, but the are still parts of it left. FYI, I had FIFA 19 in mind since FIFA 21 and made sure the game could get to feeling like that in some spots too.

Gameplay is way more enjoyable now, but played 3 games on legendary and the opposition haven't scored once and don't really look like scoring. I'm going to go up to hard legendary, but I haven't exactly been scoring lots on legendary either.

Hi, I try your slider so many games, but CPU has so many pass than I do, way to many, do you know how to change?

I’m using the ultimate normal halves set, and I find that’s almost every game will have a ton of goals. As in one of the sides will score 4 or 5 goals every game. I’m also finding that the CPU almost always presses me very high up the pitch and my midfielders won’t come back to support even when I change tactics. Any idea how I can fix this?

I am still figuring it out tbh. THe last clip of Man U v Villa, coach (atsmash) was using player based diff on. I guess personally I'm still haunted from it's early arrival, which resulted in strikers trying skill moves when they should be shooting, etc. Apparently it's better, more tone down, but I just haven't trusted it. Feel free to give it a bash though!

Hi matt great stuff gonna give these a try. The main problem I'm having is the tika taka pass into Bix goal for cpu. Used to be more varied long crosses and headers. Etc hope these help negate thst samey play from cpu. More long shots cpu etc

Yeah, the tiki-taka happens more often on Legendary than WC/Pro, but even then we've got it under control. The last clip of Man U v Villa was on Legendary, and the Dusseldorf one, while brief, was on harder legendary. I see most tiki-taka happen in the midfield if the CPU get close enough to each other, mainly on Leg/Ultimate.

Your sliders are very good. Otherwise fifa with the new title update is so incredibly fast even on slow (I always play on slow) I hope they make it slower again. Disgusting pricks at ea. They screw us over and over. The base game was so good. And they made it all fucked up.

Nothing to do with sliders as that was the big thing that started happening in title update #2 where they increased fouls. Typical EA though and they overdid it.

The first couple of videos were on EA's Gamecam (default), and the last United v Villa was on Broadcast, played by one of our testers, atsmash.

We do test on PC and it works fine. The midfielders could still be a bit more active, but it works for the most part.

Adjusting CPU passing error to either 0 or 100 does NOTHING to their error. What use is this video when half of the sliders don't work.
