I am pretty sure the 2 mics are identical in sound, just the T669 comes with accessories, and I would also advice to save up for the t669 because while you only pay like 25$ more, you get a LOT of stuff, and the total cost of that stuff is like 50-60$, so just save up and get the T669

@@marcelagarrido512 it really depends on what you want, the t669 has a detachable chord unlike the k669, so if something goes wrong you will have to buy the whole thing again, also the t669 has a shock mount, a double pop filter, a muffler, and the stand like the k669, so if you are looking for some accessories and a mic that has a detachable cable, then yes I would recommend the t669, but if you are just looking for a microphone that’s not expensive then you can just buy the k669

Nice review, but I think the K669 sounds a bit better even with the wind guard on! Both are good sounding FIFINE Does make a great product but I can hear a slight chance and difference in quality. So for my ear 👂 even though you get more with the T series I like the K sound. 👊🏾🎤

Got same arm as standalone thing since it's chinese oem for 7 euro, but it's better than I thought it would be overall. tho i had to do some gymnastics by adding rubber washers to element directly holding mic cuz it's too easy to rotate under weight otherwise.

great video but the chock mount should be flipped over then the gain knob is easily accessed. the shock mount effectiveness is the same both ways. just look at the product pictures

The fifine ones don't need phantom power, and still sound quite good. High quality phantom powered mics will sound better, but the BM 800 is cheaper so it may only sound about the same. Haven't tested with phantom power but that's the best I can say.

Yes, you can directly attach both to a boom arm using the standard mount used on the mini tripod that comes with each. You'll need a thread adapter if you don't have one already, though (comes with the t669).

No, neither mic has physical a mute button, but you can turn the gain nob all the way down if you'd like to be muted, as this does technically mute it.

I don't own the Maono mic, but I do know that the kit it comes with is very similar to what you get with the T669. I would recommend you get the T669 mic though, just because it has the built-in gain-nob on the mic, and some with a mini tripod as well, which te Maono mic doesn't. If you want to know more about how the Maono mic sounds, you may just have to google it.
