Fifth LC Jain Memorial Lecture

The LC Jain Family and Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) organised the "Fifth LC Jain Memorial Lecture", which was delivered by Thomas Isaac, former Finance Minister of Kerala, on the theme "The Challenge of Federalism: Negotiating Centre State Tensions" on 12th November 2022. Justice TS Thakur, former Chief Justice of India, chaired the event.
