Somebody should be in parliament to run the house without interruption. By the by why not we have two parliaments. One for Ruling party and other for opposition? Let om Birlaji be the speaker for opposition parliament and someone else for Ruling party parliament. Then government can debate, discuss and pass the bills in one parliament and opposition can run their parliament according to their requirment This is the only solution for smooth running of the parliament .
