I have no overall regrets in life and have learnt to wake up every day and thank God I have woken up. A close friend was killed in a car accident, another took his own life and too many young people waste their lives drinking and fooling around. I asked Jesus into my life at age 18 and he has led me through many storms. I am not in any way perfect but that won'y stop me trying to be. God put us all here for a reason and we should appreciate what we have more instead of always wanting more.

Notice how almost everyone's regrets we're something they didn't do rather than something they did do? Theres a valuable lesson in this and it's to seize the moment, live life to the fullest extent. It's far greater to have done something and maybe regret it than to have done nothing at all and wished you had.

A simple but very powerful question, it sends the questioned back in time to recall some tough decisions, you can see this journey through their eyes, its amazing, a lot of choices we make are often the right ones but we question wrongly what if. The girl who failed to say goodbye to her grandad, is one we all should avoid, pick up the phone, make that short journey, to put a smile at the end of their journey of life.
