This was the best understanding of Christian. He was so complex and intriguing. So many layers to him. That is the reason I have said you need to read all 5 books more than once. I am also glad his accent came through. I loved it each time it came through in the movies.. they should be proud of the work.i am sure many parts of the movies were hard to do. Well it doesn't really because Is Christian Grey is he a good guy or a bad guy? He is a damaged man who had a hard life and Elena Robinson messed him up even more and I don't know if Christian Grey is a bad man I think he is and I think that his life was one of abuse and thats why he will think the worst of himself and his mother was abused and he was abused by her pimp!

Okay so basically Christian Grey is a good guy!? I know that Christian Grey is Fifty Shades Of Grey Of Fucked up and the only thing Christian Grey knew was control and I think he had to have control or he would die! If you ask me he doesn't do romance, he doesn't like Blondes because of Elena Robinson and she was a blonde and she introduced him at the age of 15 to BDSM and she even seduced him but it in a good way it gave him control! Christian Grey had mood swings and I wish they could show more of Elena Robinson and Christian Grey when he was younger! Also I think Anna Steele is weak because she lets Christian Grey do all these things to her and he introduced her to BDSM and she was frightened of it but how can someone do that to someone else! I know that he is the dom and she is the submissive only because He was Elena's submissive and he knew what it felt like to be degraded! I think that Christian Grey is a tortured soul and I don't think you can fix some one who is damaged like that! All I know is that I hope in Fifty Shades Darker it explains more of his personality and why what makes Christian Grey interesting!!! I think he is sadistic! I would like to go more into detail of Christian Grey and the only person who knows him well enough is EL James she made him! But then everyone has a little bit of Christian Grey inside of them! I think the actor who played Christian Grey isn't Christian Grey to me I think Christian Bale should have played this role! He is known to play lonely, detached characters! I know that people fall in love and there are many passionate love stories but how is this a love story? Christian Grey doesn't like to be touched! I read all three books and I still dont' get it!

I will always wonder what the films would have turned out like if they had actually written and dissected Christians character better, they mentioned things but it was all surface level. An example was his fear of touch in the book it’s an astronomical fear in the movies it’s not like that. Also the Elena part was so not dealt with the magnitude of the importance of her and what she did to him.SMH

To truly understand Christian's character, you really have to read the books, but basically, being a dominant (or a sadist, as he will later admit) is a way of him being able to be in control of what happens to him, the way he was unable to be as a child, & as a teenager (when Elena got her hands on him). He had a troubled & messed up childhood, first was his mother's addiction, then her abusive pimp/boyfriend, then his mother's death & being put into foster care, then Elena seducing & sexually abusing him as a teenager & making him her submissive, all of which he couldn't control. So now as an adult, he CAN control what happens, & that's why he is the way he is

JesusChristNeverLived He probably would want to, but Christian is NOT an evil man deep down. In his heart, he is actually very generous, kind, & wants to help those who are unfortunate/in need. He is a sharp businessman, but chooses to use that as a force for good. He knows that he is flawed due to the awful tragedies of his early childhood & his mother’s mistakes, & has been doing his best to work on that part of him with his psychiatrist. Ana eventually understands that, & she, like Grace, sees the real Christian underneath, with all of his good parts and how much of a kind, loving, generous person he actually is. He does numerous things for those close to him, those he cares about, & those who are less fortunate. He truly loves Ana, and is trying to work hard to be the man she wants, to give her what she needs, & he comes a very long way in a short time once he meets her and truly falls in love with her.
