iron man would blast off and shoot at him from long distance, the impact of the explosions may render Wolverine unconcious, therefore iron man would win.. iron man would be too fast for wolverine, but if it was in a small enclosed area with strict boundaries, wolverine would win..

that doesent make sense sure iron man may be fast when flying but hes not very fast when normally running in a very big clunky suit. wolverine would definetly win especcially because he has a healing factor.
