I think Dave is a fantastic human being. For some reason the universe doesn’t work in his favor. He will find himself succeeding briefly followed always by a worse downfall. There are people like that. Never giving up and never really succeeding. It’s difficult to witness.

They are working so inefficiently. If they built the grizzly higher they could back the haul truck up under it and fill it directly, that frees one person to drive a second truck. They are snaking between the pit and old Dan to bring dirt to the second plant when they could use the haul truck to go straight along the river, driving faster and a shorter distance. This also frees up one loader to focus on old Dan and not have to bring dirt and feed the plant.

An angled scraper on the bottom returning belt would shed the rocks that end up at the tail drum. That might avoid a few hours of down time. And your grizzly bar run-off material includes a bunch of fines. Are you losing gold there or do you re-run it through the grizzlies?

its a big operation and there on permanent grounds they own ,. they need big pay outs 50 , 100 ounce clean ups ,. an up hill battle to strike it rich ,. lets go -

Seems they are operating at 0.1 ppm efficiency. Almost 5000 tons dirt processed by 2 plants yielding about 18 ounce gold. No wonder they wanted to catch up to 50 ounce a week

If they had the imagination to bush-fix their belt from jamming... they'd remove the sweeping end of a push-broom and use it to stop ANY rocks from back-sliding into a jamming position. Sheesh. Beyond that, because of the $$$$ impact of belt troubles -- they should've set up a radio link to an E-stop. Every critical power element ought to be ELECTRIC. A site wide Diesel-generator set-up should've been installed from the outset. Electrical systems are easy to E-stop, to E-monitor, and to establish variable speeds/ tempos.
