Although I really want to draw, I take way too long on a drawing that’s really simple. I’ve been trying to practice but I get bored every now and then, but I always keep thinking that my drawings look basic. Say for example, I drew a character I like but only her head, and that alone took me a week :,) I always want my drawing to end up looking extravagant and fancy. So I always end up starting a new drawing when I’m in the middle of one because I’m unsatisfied with it (which is becoming annoying) I like pretty things so I want to draw them, I’ve seen slight improvement which I’m happy with. Two things I want to perfect no matter what are the eyes and hair, they’re the most important parts for me. But I just can’t seem to render the eyes the way I want it to be, and I can’t draw long hair which I like the most. So I guess it’s stressing me quite a bit 🥲 Thanks for the video, it’s really helpful!

I found this like, really and actually helpful and inspiring. Whenever I’m having a hard time with coming up with ideas to draw, I just stay in my comfort zone and just draw for the sake of doing it, so the second one really made me stop and think about what I REALLY want to do and that is improving in the ways I think I’m still lacking. Usually, the videos and recommendations I’ve seen on this topic are “draw this” “draw that” “do it this way” and honestly I don’t really find them that helpful, they give ideas, yes, but in the end I still end up not doing anything, or at least anything that I like, and they fee kinda rigid, so all the ways you can get over the block that you suggest made so much sense. Sorry for writing this much, but I really wanted to convey my thoughts, show my appreciation and thank you for making this video (and all the others you make), it’s really inspiring and relaxing. Keep up the good work!

So I 95% do art because it's fun and i think keeping this even when it's professional work is so important to keep this as a wonderful thing to do. So I am wishing you all the best for your art journey! And for the video: I did a How I colour (which is more or less a render video) and How I choose colours.

Oh thank you! Actually I struggled so much with her face. Changed it hundreds of times. So I am happy to hear that. I am wishing you all the best for your art! And thanks for your comment :3

I have a question. I have been getting into digital art a bit, and a problem I have started to notice with me is that its difficult for me to keep track of my screen and tablet seperately. I have some money saved up from years of Birthdays and I can afford a cheap Gaomon display graphics tablet. Should I go for it? Or would it be better for me to practice more on the screenless tablet since I am a beginner. (If I buy the tablet, i spend all my money, so i gotta be careful before buying😢)

If you don't mind me asking, may you explain how you understand perspective for your drawings?

I literally feeling stuck right now and I'm searching thru reddit, tiktok and here on youtube how to finish artwork that I started because I easily get demotivated when I'm going to start coloring my artwork ;A;
@kurohshiro5 ай бұрын
Oh but you reached the coloring stage so that's good I guess. Then it's just a matter of how you feel to continue. Hope you find motivation and don't be so hard on yourself :3

Idk what I’m doing on clip studio and as I’m new in this I’m so confused do you bought/Suscribe the clip studio paint or we can actually use it for free I’m having problems to save the work as it’s saying something really similar to buying it im so confused T-T
@kurohshiro5 ай бұрын
Hey! I think they offer 2 models: subscription and one time purchase. But I am not sure if it differs in the version or how updates behave. I bought mine years ago when it was 60 % off or so. That was a pretty good deal

Bro are you deleted your kuro sketch brush on clipstudio asset? ☹️ it make me sad bcs that's my fav brush, i accidently remove that brush and when i try to download it again, its gone☹️☹️😭😭😭
@kurohshiro5 ай бұрын
Yeah it's so unfortunate 😭 I have to restore it but honestly there's so much going on and I am overwhelmed with things that I keep forgetting working on that because i have to recreate the entire brush. But hopefully when things get calmer I'll get it back. Again I am so sorry for this inconvenience 🙇♂️
