Guys, I am challenging you right here, right now! This is the fight club fitness challenge, taken right from the popular men’s group “Fight Club”, which aims to help men better themself, just like I hope this channel inspires you to do.
This is a timed challenge and at the end of this video, I filmed myself completing the whole challenge. After I explain the challenge I hope that you’ll pause the video and compete against me to see who finishes this timed fight club fitness challenge first.
So the challenge goes like this:
First you do 10 burpees
Then 25 pushups
Followed by 40 crunches / sit-ups
Then 55 squats
And finish by doing 70 jumping jacks.
Move through these exercises as fast as you can and see how quickly you can compete them.
Once again:
10 burpees
25 pushups
40 crunches/sit-ups
55 squats
70 jumping jacks
Got it, good. Now get into your position and pause the video now, this challenge is about to begin!

Did you beat my time? For the ladies out there, my wife did this challenge (she did push-ups from her knees) and finished in 4:09.

Great challenge- important not to compromise form in the race for time though - concentrate on sit ups without anchoring feet and to go deep with squats. Look forward to doing this from tomorrow

Took me 6.42 !! Lol .. I'm 102 kilos .. overweight.. trying to reduce.. this was a fun one!! Thanks .. Also.. i did this twice, after a rest of 2 minutes 😊 cheers!!

i have to give you a negative critique this time, a sit, which is what you were doing, and a crunch are 2 completely different ab exercises, a crunch focuses the concentric portion of the movement and has a shorter range of motion, the sit ups you did were using your lower back and hip flexors, very little ab activation, as you advance your exercise routines technique becomes a bigger factor, oh well, you've got to take the good with the bad, but you do give some very good basic info, I'm much more advanced then you ( and a lot older ) but I do enjoy your content, it's mainstream, realistic, relevant and accurate !

On the fight club sight it says either sit-ups or crunches. I did sit-ups because I’ve done the 100 sit-ups a day challenge. I said crunches because I know they are better for you though. Thanks for watching!

Yeah they were. The routine said sit-ups/crunches, so I just went with sit-ups. It did slow my time down though

Definitely! It may be difficult for a beginner, but if you work on it, it will help you get in shape for sure!

I’m not sure, I don’t like to wear my Fitbit when I do pushups, it’s interferes with my movement
