Guys, I am challenging you right here, right now! This is the fight club fitness challenge, taken right from the popular men’s group “Fight Club”, which aims to help men better themself, just like I hope this channel inspires you to do.
This is a timed challenge and at the end of this video, I filmed myself completing the whole challenge. After I explain the challenge I hope that you’ll pause the video and compete against me to see who finishes this timed fight club fitness challenge first.
So the challenge goes like this:
First you do 10 burpees
Then 25 pushups
Followed by 40 crunches / sit-ups
Then 55 squats
And finish by doing 70 jumping jacks.
Move through these exercises as fast as you can and see how quickly you can compete them.
Once again:
10 burpees
25 pushups
40 crunches/sit-ups
55 squats
70 jumping jacks
Got it, good. Now get into your position and pause the video now, this challenge is about to begin!
