Annie, I think it's lovely how introspective and aware of your own emotions you are. @ 11:35 Eben mentions that he could tell you weren't very 'in touch' but I clearly could see that you were very in touch. You were able to trace your own path of negative emotions to discover the root of your sadness - you were not allowing yourself to love a part of yourself that you felt shameful of. And you did it rather quickly and eloquently in my opinion. And when Eben was able to fully love and accept you in your sadness, and even say that it was beautiful, you were able to heal a little. What beautiful work you guys are doing. Thank you. :)
