So, the overall message I am getting here, is there are people that we are associated with who have actively, whether consciously or unconsiously, tried to separate us from our friends/family/soul tribe... but we see through it and are not letting this happen anymore. ya. Trickery... My mum has kept me down and blocked for most of my life to prevent me waking up and realizing my own power and destiny, and I only recently realized it. I've mentally/emotionally/energetically stepped out of that now and have blocked the energy drains. Everything that you said made perfect sense to me. I returned to a medical provider this week that I dearly loved. But she stated the words of the Matrix, "We can't have any dead time." When I was talking about missing appointments and not knowing you're going to be sick the day before. I can't imagine that anyone that got into healthcare doesn't feel cognitive dissonance over that situation. If I'm tummy sick on appointment day, I'm dragging my sick ass in there and barfing all over the place. OMG, my surname is Adams, I asked God and spirits for a sign yesterday. I have been stuck in a toxic marriage with a narcissist and manipulated for 35 years I felt had to hold everything together, he isolated me, caused a huge debt I felt I had to sort it out, I worked for his business on a low wage, Ive worked so hard renovating our house, he never bothered at all with our children. Wow going through a very similar situation. Living with a devouring mother has taken a toll on my emotional and spiritual well-being. I'm moving tomorrow and she's been giving me a silent treatment for 3 days now (over not brushing my hair when she told me to!), and still doesn't want to speak with me though I attempted to initiate communication, which was met with more guilt tripping and emotional manipulation, after which she continued the silent treatment. I'm so done. What a petty behaviour for a mom.

@@anoninii I absolutely get what you're going through, it really puts our nervous systems through so much. I've done a lot the past few years to help with ptsd including somatic practices to just slow down, microdosing mushrooms, etc, and it's been a long journey but it absolutely does get better. I know it can be hard wanting to try again with her and have the mother you've always deserved, but remember to always put your own well-being and safety first 🖤 we're gonna get there I promise

Yesterday as I was driving, I saw a big blue spot of sky surrounded by big fluffy clouds and I thought, "That's a portal ".
