White Lions, Born Wild is a true wildlife story, with strong characters and closely studied behaviour. We follow the cubs’ progress as they embark on the pathway to adulthood, learning to hunt, learning to avoid danger, learning to live in their white coats. This is a strong behaviour-led film, a coming of age story of a very rare and unusual pair of lions. Through their eyes we will learn what it’s really like to be a lion in Africa.

This is my favorite story of all the lion doc’s I’ve watched. (which is ALOT) the mothers are so strong and they love their babies. The cubs are beautiful and have such great character. I really love and am inspired by this little prides bond they have. The bond is strong. Sad the one male didn’t make it. I wish there was a part 3!!

Great story. Surprised that the big male didn't kill or drive off the tawny cub immediately. Maybe took the measure of the lion queens he wanted to woo and decided to tolerate him.

Remarkable documentary about extraordinary lions' story with clever made and gorgeous pictures. I'm sure it makes viewers better understand how precious those animals are and they aren't heartless beasts. If they kill it's just to feed themselves and their offspring, it's never about pointless annihilation. With their decreasing number, poaching them for a useless placebo for East Asian "medicine" fans is an unforgivable crime on these animals and losing a real treasure also for future generations.
