Hopefully in the next 5 years the mod will finally be stable! In all seriousness though thank you so much for giving my mod a shot. If you're interested in revisiting my mod down the road when things are more polished please don't hesitate to let me know. I'd be more than willing to send you previews and content I'm making before I release it publicly as well! Also that was a really clever idea muting the music and putting your own over it. I think a lot of let's players have been scared to show this mod for fear of getting DMCA claims on the music from Nintendo. That was a nice work-around I'll have to recommend it to others in the future.

It's quite a funny tonal shift from the Zelda series. Nothing quite like witnessing a swordsman do the old stab-and-twist finisher animation on a tokay that was knocked over

@Pixelated Apollo The menu is actualy handmade as are all visuals ;DThe only premade assets are the models which use purchasable stock models as a base. Prevents a lot of copyright issues around ripped models and textures.

Yeah, big disadvantage to fighting the Stalfos in siege battles is that while their troops are relatively easy to kill, they have infinite morale, so you literally have to kill every single one of them to win and they never break. I think the units tend to cost the same in custom battles because it's all balanced around the campaign and the preset Hyrule Historia campaign missions. I know the unit costs are different in the freeform campaign than they are in custom battles.

Wow, the marketplace inside the innerwall close to the fountain is almost a replica of castletown from twillight princess. Also the rugs you’re mention is the entrance to the fortuneteller. This is some good work!

Note that the mod has moved to the 0 AD engine since about the end of 2017, under the name Hyrule Conquest. Said fountain plaza is now actually the Hylian Town Center building XD

+Pixelated Apollo You should show off some of the cinematics- I'm pretty sure the mod team did all of that themselves. And you should show off the more interesting factions, e.g. Gorons, as its not just humans wearing different armour. But yeah, this is an amazing mod, and I don't even like or play the Zelda games (although I liked some of WindWaker).

I've got around 50 hours just into this mod, it's really fun but it's pretty single player focused, and really weirdly balanced. Many units have the same attack and armor as other ones, and some factions are just absurdly strong in different fields. For example, The Wizzrobe are nearly impossible to beat in any defensive siege, and are garbage vs any rush or cavalry armies while the Gerudo all pretty much all cavalry. It's still unfinished though, so thats something.

Alot of factions have been rebalanced since- 4.0, like the gerudo only have two cav units now, and are more mobility/archer focused. Note this mod is big on "asymmetrical strategy" -the imbalance is not as bad as in past, but many fations are deliberately imbalanced in some regard.

Ahh I've not spent much time on the Gerudo recently. I'm more of a wizzrobe/ikana player. I don't get why many units don't seem to be much different than the higher tiers statwise.

There is a new version of Divide and Conquer (v1.01), it runs pretty stable for singleplayer (except ents or balrog) on Win7. Don't know about multiplayer. But for anyone who enjoys singleplayer campaigns in Third Age and has not played the Divide and Conquer submod...you have missed alot :)

As far as i know does the game crashes (when you choose a faction) when you click 15 or 19 times on another faction (that happened in my case)
