I love that your outro is Real Folk Blues, I've legitimately asked my family to play that song at my funeral if I pass. "See you, Space Cowboy"

Goku Influenced me in 2 ways: Hit-Move-Hit, and hijacking any tech's his opponents use that he likes (esp. if they worked on him, and otherwise mesh with his style)

To be honest, I don't want to fight like Goku. Because Goku tends to relax and play around his opponent. I want to fight like Vegeta.

I learned to fight because I was often being attacked at or around school, and I'm too damn big to run anywhere fast, instead, I suggest mobility training: rapidly close and open the distance to your target for in-and-out, hit-and-run attacks: essential skills for fighting larger opponents, armed assailants, and groups. Controlling Distance/range is ESSENTIAL and mobility is a vital part of that.
@lady_draguliana784

Here's an exercise my sensei had me do to increase my mobility (i'm 6' 260# and not lean with it) take a thumbtack, cut the pin short, tape it to your heel for a time. increase this time until you can walk (and train, no sparring) ceaselessly without letting your heel touch the ground. the next step is to learn when to strategically plant your heel for power, but float your heel for mobility all the rest of the time. 👍 EDIT: the goal here is to float your heel, you should be able to slip a piece of paper under it, but you're not trying to tippy-toe around. this engages, or 'pre-loads' your Achilles and calves to give you more spring on your push-off.

The urge to run only comes at 3am for me. I've been doing a lot of hook and round kick combo drills, putting only the kicking foot down, jumping off the same leg as you kick with like a 540 but pivot-180-switch-180 because of analyzing the Williams/Bushido Brown style. You wouldn't happen to know what that flying guillotine take down thing is, would ye?

@@metrolinamartialarts Maybe find a route with a lot a variety. Do some parkour while running, do kongs over some obstacles, run huphill and downhill, run in stairs, add some safety rolls, jumps and dives. Climb a small wall and then sprint. It could get rid of the boredom of just going forward.

I think this is the power ranking in DBZ for just earth and who'd I'd want as a sensei/trainer. This list will be from strongest to weakest and this is also just my opinion feel free to add your own or correct me. 1- Goku. 2- Vegeta. 3- Piccolo. 4- Krillin. (Not stronger than the bottom two but he's more experienced and he's stronger than all humans on earth so that helps.😂) 5- Gohan. 6- Goten. 7-10 (Every other half saiyan from earth.) 98- Tien. 99- Chiotzu i think thats how that spelled. N/A- Yamcha.

I don't think running would help for sparring endurance. For sparring endurance, just spar more. You workin out more? you have bigger shoulders and traps!

It won't cause as direct an effect as fighting-specific workouts, but building a strong aerobic base through regular low-intensity steady state cardio (whether running or otherwise) will lead to improved endurance across all activities.
