Sometimes businesses give little notice because they don't want employees to cause damage. I know of a food packing plant that closed over a weekend however, employees were paid a months wages + severance. There is just too much risk in the food business that irate employees will mix something into the product. .

@@brimmed but is gentrification really bad? why cant anybody who weants move where they want regardless of color? black communities have only been black a couple decades; theres no historicality involved. it was a white neighborhood and they moved out as it became bad. once it was bad and a lot of blacks moved out, renting property to hispanics so the areas became income generators. so- renters become the "historical" population? gentrification is just an attempt to keep your neighbors from selling to a high paying purchase when they might sell to a local for less. But, nobody will sell at the lower prices. If you cant use money to get what you want, whats the point in getting it? rules/laws/customes : ALL must be equally applied regardless of race, color, religion, national origin. Fair is Fair.

Facebook Mark Zuckerberg has a non profit in California that money launders other minorities non profit organizations so he can buy up California foreclosed real estate for pennies on the dollar. This is made possible by a new law created by mafia California Governor Gavin Newsome which gives non profits, like Zuckerberg and this one, the first right of refusal to buy up all of California foreclosed real estate. This law was created last spring and went into effect a few months ago. You can learn more about this sham illegal conflict of interest law at This Is John Williams channel. The reason Newsome is locking down California is so that he and his investor buddies at Facebook and Blackrock LLC can profit from the pandemic. Pass it on!

These are not black developers, this is a non profit and herein lays the problem. Here’s the problem, this is dirty money laundering via a non profit organization. A few months ago Governor Gavin Newsome signed a law giving non profits the first right of refusal to buy all of California foreclosed businesses. Zuckerberg s charities, of which this one is probably being funded by, stands to profit greatly from this communist takeover under the disguise of ‘black power”. Ultimately, businesses are owned by the individuals who buy them and as such people get to sale their property to whoever they want. The owner may not want a non profit demolishing the property for socialist housing programs because those types of deals disenfranchise the very people that they pretend to support. The new buyer may have the more attractive businesses proposal for the property which would benefit the property and the locals. Capitolism works, not communism. If this non profit wants to buy private property then they will have to present a development plan for the property that satisfies the current owner. Period. That’s fair. It’s his damn property, he paid for it, he can sale it to the man on the moon or burn it to the ground if he wants, it’s called living in a FREE country!

@hught6885 3 жыл бұрын
DWS is overseeing the sale, but who currently owns it? Meaning, is it currently own by other Blacks? And they don’t want to sell it to the Black Community? @valentinius62

Indoor malls have been declining steadily for years. The novelty started wearing off by the late '80s/early '90s. Seems that the community could invest their money in something else, like maybe a strip mall format for the local businesses already in the mall...if land is available in that area. Meanwhile, see what, if anything, the new owners can do with it. But, if it's struggling now, I don't see how they can do much of anything to turn it around. Lastly, I would avoid getting emotional about money, or real estate, nor emotionally attached to a business just because you have fond memories invested in it. That doesn't bring in more patrons.
